Hello and happy Saturday! The weekend is here at last. I hope you have lots of lovely reading planned. It’s day 14 of #R3COMM3ND3D2020 and today I am delighted to welcome brilliant book blogger, Nicola McKenna of readingthroughthelookinglass. If you don’t already, make sure you give Nicola’s blog a follow.
So, what is #R3COMM3ND3D2020? It’s about sharing the book love. It’s a chance for authors, book bloggers and bookstagrammers to shout about three (yes, *only* three) books they love. They can be written by any author, in any genre and published in any way (traditionally, indie press or self-published). But there is a catch. All three books must have been published in 2020. To make things interesting I have added a couple of teeny, tiny rules this year which are; 1) the book must have first been published in 2020 and 2) special editions and reissues do not count. I like to keep you lovely people on your toes. 😉
Let’s find out which three books Nicola has chosen…
Hush Little Baby (DC Beth Chamberlain #3) by Jane Isaac
HEARTBREAKING, GRIPPING, EMOTIONAL.
Nicola’s Review of Hush Little Baby
Little White Secrets by Carol Mason
FANTASTIC BOOK THAT WILL HAVE YOU CRYING.
Nicola’s Review of Little White Secrets
Road to Mercy (Shannon Ames #2) by T.J. Brearton
Nicola’s Review of Road to Mercy
Thanks so much, Nicola. What great choices! I’ve loved the first books in two of these series so I really need to get a wriggle on and catch up!
